HOTELS across Bournemouth for the Jubilee weekend are “full”, with the hospitality association boss looking forward to a busy summer.
Bournemouth Area Hospitality Association chairman Tim Seward said tit was “great” the May half term and platinum jubilee bank holiday had arrived with “limited availability” at hotels across the town.
He said: “Many holiday makers visiting the area during the celebrations and with the weather changeable in the past few weeks it’s looking good with some sunshine.
“There’s plenty going on in the town, lots of things for people to do. It’s limited availability and this is it until October.
“Last year was good, last summer was good. Bournemouth will stay strong because we have the beach.
“I think with the investment still coming in, with the Savoy and the Marriott being refurbished, there are other projects on the horizon, big properties in Bournemouth and that’s exciting.”
