A MAN’S body has been found in woodland in Poole.
The discovery was made in woods near Gravel Hill just before 2pm on Tuesday.
Police were called to the scene along with the ambulance service.
Dorset Police said the man’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
The man’s next of kin has been informed and the coroner notified.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: “Dorset Police received a report at 1.55pm on Tuesday 31 May 2022 that a body of a man had been found in woods near Gravel Hill in Poole.
"Officers attended with the ambulance service."
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and the man’s next of kin has been informed."
The spokesperson added: “HM Coroner has also been notified.”
