PAUL BENJAMIN RICHARDS, aged 45 and of St Paul’s Lane, Bournemouth, admits causing a woman to fear that violence would be used against her by his course of conduct which he knew or ought to have known would cause fear of violence to her on each occasion in that he sent messages to her stating that he would stab and hit her in Bournemouth between March 31, 2021, and April 11, 2021. Committed to prison for 24 weeks, suspended for 24 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 29, 2027. To pay £200 compensation.
GARY MARTIN, aged 64 and of Priestley Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Ferndown between January 30 and February 2. Fined £130. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

DUSTIN SATTERTHWAITE, aged 35 and of The Grove, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on October 31, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. Also found guilty of committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely using a bank card without permission to pay for a taxi to the value of £25, intending to cause loss to a woman or to expose that person to a risk of loss. Community order made. To pay £47,99 compensation and £620 costs. Also found guilty of committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely using a bank card without permission to purchase alcohol to the value of £22.99, intending to cause loss to a woman or to expose that person to a risk of loss. Community order made.
