A MAN has been handed another prison sentence for offences of assault, public disorder and failing to leave Poole town centre.
Scott Hall, aged 40, was accused of assaulting a man by beating him in High Street, Wimborne, on May 6.
During the same incident he was alleged to have used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.
Two days later he reportedly failed to comply with a dispersal order direction given to him at Poole Quay.
Hall, who was already serving a custodial term at HMP Winchester, appeared via live link for a Poole Magistrates’ Court hearing on May 25 and he pleaded guilty to all three offences.
The defendant was committed to prison for a total of 12 weeks and he was ordered to pay a £128 surcharge.
