A MAN arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault in Bournemouth town centre will face no further police action.
Police received a report a woman had been touched inappropriately over her clothing on a number of occasions by a man in the area of Poole Hill shortly before 2am on Sunday, February 13.
Following enquiries, a 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and released under investigation.

In an update, Dorset Police said the man had been released from the investigation and won't face any further police action.

A Dorset Police spokesperson said: “Following enquiries by officers and an image appeal, a 45-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and was released under investigation.
“However, following further enquiries he has now been released from the investigation and will face no further police action.
“Officers are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident.”
