Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 10 days rehabilitation activity requirement and 200 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits using a Ford Transit on the Ashley Heath roundabout on May 18 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on May 18 for offences of fail to provide a specimen and fail bail was in force. Community order revoked. YUSRA MARU'E, aged 42 and of Oxenhill Road, Kemsing, found guilty of when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failing to do so in Redhill Drive, Bournemouth, on December 26, 2021. Fined £700. To pay £70 surcharge and £620 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Committed to prison for one week. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on November 25, 2021, for an offence of theft was in force. Community order revoked. Committed to prison for one week consecutive. Also admits driving a grey Ford S-Max in Parkstone Road, Poole, on May 17 without a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits using a grey Ford S-Max in Parkstone Road, Poole, on May 17 without insurance. Fined £120. Driving record endorsed with six points. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for period of three months imposed on February 28 for an offence of shoplift theft. Committed to prison for one week concurrent. Overall length of sentence 2 weeks consecutive to existing sentence.
AARON MICHAEL COLLINS, aged 43 and of Creekmoor Lane, Poole, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order made on May 24 in that he attended an address in Poole on June 4 and a complaint was made for him to be liable for a penalty. Fined £50.
DAVID PETER RUSSELL, aged 33 and of Foxholes Road, Oakdale, admits having 0.2 grams of cocaine in Poole Road, Poole, on April 16. Fined £100. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits driving a motor vehicle in Poole Road, Bournemouth, on April 16 with 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.
