CCTV images have been released by police investigating the rape of a woman in a Poole car park.
Police say they want to speak to the man pictured in the images as he may have important information to help their enquiries.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said around 10.30pm on Friday May 6 the victim – a woman aged in her 20s – got into a vehicle with a man she had arranged to meet in the town centre.
It is reported that he drove to a car park in Newfoundland Drive and raped the victim.
Officers are continuing to support the victim as the investigation continues.
Detective Constable Emma Jeffries, of Bournemouth CID, said: “We have been carrying out extensive enquiries into this incident to try and locate the suspect.
“As part of my investigation, I am now in a position to issue CCTV images of a man I would like to identify as he may have important information to help our enquiries.
“I would urge anyone who recognises the man pictured to please get in touch.”
