Fined £385. To pay £38 surcharge and £85 costs.
ANTHONY IAN GOODCHILD, aged 53 and of Moreton Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Vauxhall motor car on the A35 in Dorchester on July 9, 2012, at a speed exceeding 70mph, namely 80mph. Fined £66. To pay £34 surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three points.

CHANTELLE VICTORIA RADFORD, aged 30 and of Plantation Drive, Walkford, admits while on NHS premises, namely Royal Bournemouth Hospital, other than for the purpose of obtaining medical advice, treatment or care for himself, causing , without reasonable excuse, a nuisance or disturbance to an NHS staff member who was working there or was otherwise there in connection with work and refused, without reasonable excuse, to leave the premises when asked to do so by a NHS staff member on May 19. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

MATTHEW STEPHEN GALE, aged 31 and of Marie Close, Poole, admits together with another stealing an engine from a Peugeot motor vehicle belonging to Westwood Motors between February 20, 2021, and February 22, 2021. Committed to prison for six months, suspended for 18 months. Also admits together with Steven Negle damaging a Peugeot motor vehicle to the value of £13,224 belonging to Westwood Motors between February 20, 2021, and February 22, 2021. Committed to prison for four months concurrent, suspended for 18 months. To pay £1,500 compensation.
STEVEN PATRICK NAGLE, aged 32 and of Phyldon Close, Poole, admits together with Matthew Gale damaging a Peugeot motor vehicle to the value of £13,224 belonging to Westwood Motors between February 20, 2021, and February 22, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. To pay £1,500 compensation.
PETER CHRISTOPHER TURNER, aged 38 and of Grove Road, Poole, admits having entered as a trespasser in a garage in King’s Crescent, Poole, stole an outboard motor on May 20. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for 12 weeks. To pay £15 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs.
STEPHEN JAMES POPE, aged 56 and of Sarratt Road, Croxley Green, Hertfordshire, admits driving a VW Transporter on the Wimborne Road, Poole, on April 17 with 105 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £833. To pay £83 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.
