TWO people were victims of an “unprovoked assault” in Bournemouth town centre last weekend.
One of the victims sustained a fractured cheek bone and eye socket and the other sustained minor injuries to his head.
The assault on the two Poole men aged in their 20s took place at around 3.35am on Sunday, June 19, outside Snoopy Pizza in Exeter Road.
Police have released CCTV images of two men they wish to identify.
Detective Constable Rachel Walker-Hatch, of Bournemouth CID, said: “This was an unprovoked assault on two men who had been out in the town with friends, which left one of the victims with very serious injuries to his face.
“As part of our enquiries we have identified two men we are keen to speak to and I would ask anyone who recognises them to please contact Dorset Police urgently.”
