Fire crews tackle heath blaze in Corfe Mullen
FIRE crews extinguished a heath blaze in Corfe Mullen.
Crews from Poole, Wimborne and Hamworthy were called to Higher Blandford Road shortly after 6.15pm on Tuesday.
A spokesperson for Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said the blaze was extinguished using one hose reel jet and one jet from the four by four appliance.
Crews remained on scene to dampen down the area.
