POLICE have warned somebody could get “seriously injured” after receiving reports of scrambler bikes being ridden in an antisocial manner.
Officers from Bournemouth Police have received reports of scrambler bikes being ridden in Kinson.
A spokesperson said: “There have been recent reports of scrambler bikes being ridden in an antisocial manner around the Kinson areas, including Millhams Mead nature reserve.
“This activity could result in somebody getting seriously injured.
“The police have a number of options available to them for dealing with the antisocial use of vehicles, such as seizure of the vehicle under 165A of The Road Traffic Act 1988 or a Section 59 under the Police Reform Act 2002.
“Please continue to report such antisocial behaviour to 101 or your local council, or 999 in an emergency.”
