THE property management subsidiary of developer Churchill Retirement Living has changed its name in line with its parent company.
The former Millstream Management Services is now called Churchill Estates Management.
Ringwood-based Churchill Group says the move will highlight the full range of services provided to its customers and unify the group under a strong brand which is known in the sector.
Churchill Estates Management, led by new managing director Hugh Lambourne, will remain an independent business within the Churchill Group, managing more than 200 retirement developments across the country and providing services to more than 10,000 retired people.
Spencer McCarthy, chairman and chief executive of the Churchill Group, said: “We’re excited to announce this new identity for our property management business, which we believe will help to emphasise its retirement living expertise, cement the connection between our colleagues, and better reflect the range of services we provide across the wider Churchill Group.
"Central to all of this is our commitment to providing a consistent service to our apartment owners and customers throughout their journey with us."
