ADAM DAVID POWER, aged 39 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing four bottles of wine and fresh meat, to the value of £18.40, belonging to Cooperative Stores in Bournemouth on June 6. To pay £18.40 compensation.
INDIA RACHEL CARTRIDGE, aged 37 and of Parkwood Road, Bournemouth, admits having a quantity of cannabis in Bournemouth on April 16. Fine d£40. To pay £34 surcharge. Cannabis seized on arrest to be forfeited and destroyed.
STEVEN LEONARD GEORGE DICKS, aged 44 and of Cornish Gardens, Bournemouth, admits being drunk and disorderly in Slades Farm, Bournemouth, on February 9. No separate penalty. Also admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on April 5. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for two months and take part in up to 30 rehabilitation activity days. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on April 22, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on April 5 at Bournemouth Police Station. Community order made.
DEAN WILLIAM PETER SMITH, aged 32 and of Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on September 1, 2021, by failing to attend for unpaid work requirements appointments on March 25, April 1 and May 6. Fined £40.
LUCY KATE TAYLOR AKA HARRIS, aged 40 and of Chessel Avenue, Bournemouth, admits stealing an Alcatel 3 mobile telephone to the value of £100 belonging to a man in Bournemouth on November 18, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £100 compensation, £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on April 12, 2021, for the offences of theft and fail bail. No action taken on breach.
MARTIN DAVID ALLAN, aged 33 and of Frances Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he had failed to take part in activities in accordance with any instructions given by his supervisor in that he failed to attend for planned office appointments on May 3 and May 27. Fined £40. To pay £60 costs.
CHRISTINA JEAN BOGGS, aged 33 and of West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing a diffuser valued at £50 belonging to John Lewis at Poole Retail Park, Branksome, on February 19. Fined £40. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on February 16 for an offence of theft. No action taken on breach.
CHARLES SAMUEL DOE, aged 31 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing a bottle containing to the value of around £100 in coins belonging to Prama Charity in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on February 28. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on January 17 for an offence of criminal damage. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.
GRANT SPENCER REHM, aged 47 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted the harassment of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he communicated with her directly and indirectly including amending her WhatsApp profile in Bournemouth between September 3, 2021, and September 12, 2021. Restraining order made, which lasts until September 26, 2023. To pay £250 compensation.
EAST DORSET
MICHAEL DAVID LOVELL, aged 38 and of Tattersall Gardens, Sturminster Marshall, admits driving a BMW in Blandford Road North, Beacon Hill, Poole, on March 7 with THC exceeding the specified limit. Fined £323. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
