A bus company apologised to passengers on Saturday night after delays at Sandbanks left them running nearly an hour behind.
Morebus tweeted on Saturday night around 9pm to say: "We regret to inform service 50 is currently disrupted between Sandbanks and Bournemouth by up to 50 minutes.
"We have deployed extra resource to assist. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
Police and the council have warned of delays over the weekend due to two major events and roadworks taking place on Shore Road.

Previously, the bus company's bosses have called for the number of cars carrying small numbers of people to be restricted from Sandbanks after heavy delays earlier this summer.

Morebus general manager Richard Wade said there wasn’t enough room on Sandbanks for the number of vehicles using it.
“The shape of Sandbanks presents a fairly obvious problem. There isn’t enough room for the number of vehicles presently using it.
“We can transport large numbers of people at once on our buses, so we’re asking for the number of cars carrying small numbers of people be restricted at busy times so that everyone has a chance to keep moving.”
