A WOMAN has been sentenced by the courts for assaulting a man at a Bournemouth pub, damaging a window and having amphetamine.
Karly Emma Hutkai appeared in the dock at Poole Magistrates’ Court in relation to an incident at the Lark Rise pub in Wimborne Road, Winton, on December 14 last year.
Hutkai, 34 and of Vince Close, Bournemouth, was accused of assaulting a man by beating him, causing £950.82 worth of damage to a window belonging to Marston’s Inns and Taverns, and having 1.94 grams of amphetamine, which is a class B drug.
She pleaded guilty to all three offences at the hearing on July 15 and received a community order.
Magistrates ordered her to abstain from consuming any alcohol for 70 days. She was ordered to pay £950.82 compensation for the criminal damage.
It was ordered that the amphetamine must be forfeited and destroyed.
