A WOMAN has been banned from entering a Poole flat following “serious nuisance and disorder” caused by her and her associates.
The courts issued a closure order in relation to 211 Orchard Plaza in High Street.
Claire Blackwood, 46, opposed the order sought by BCP Council.
However, at a Poole Magistrates’ Court hearing on July 15, which she was not present for, the bench granted the application from the local authority.
It was ordered that the premises be closed immediately and remain closed for three months, using powers under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Blackwood was ordered to pay £4,179 costs to BCP Council.

Councillor Bobbie Dove, portfolio holder for community safety, said: “This order will help to prevent serious nuisance and disorder at the address, which was being caused by the occupant and their associates.
“The closure will exclude the occupant from the address. Only stakeholders will be able to access 211 Orchard Plaza for essential work, which has so far been unable to be completed due the disorder.
“If you are experiencing ASB, while in your home, at work or out in the local area, then I strongly urge everyone to report it.
“This can be to the police, or to our in-house anti-social behaviour team.”

Cllr Dove said there she would urge anyone experiencing any difficulties to ensure that they report them to the council.
The local authority continues to seek closure orders for properties where there is reports of nuisance and disorder.
This often involves working alongside police and housing associations to consider available options before taking the matter to court.
Closure orders can only be made for a period of three months. If the authorities wish to prolong the closure period they must go back to the courts with a new application.
The law states that the order can be made if the court is satisfied that a person has engaged or is likely to engage in disorderly, offensive or criminal behaviour on the premises, or the use of the premises has resulted or is likely to result in serious nuisance to members of the public, or there has been or is likely to be disorder near those premises associated with the use of those premises.
