PAUL PARKER, aged 19 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a man thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm in Exeter on June 22, 2021. Committed to prison for 30 weeks, suspended for 18 months. To pay £156 surcharge and £85 costs.

JOSHUA DAVID GREEN, aged 33 and of no fixed abode, admits being in possession of two wraps of diamorphine in Watkin Road, Bournemouth, on May 22. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £45 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits being in possession of three wraps of cocaine in Watkin Road, Bournemouth, on May 22. No separate penalty.

CHRISTCHURCH

JAMES CONNOLLY, aged 25 and of Old Farm Drive, Southampton, admits fraudulently using a false registration plate in High Street, Christchurch, on November 8, 2021. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Plates to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on July 29, 2020, for two offences of assault by beating. Fined £50.

EAST DORSET

NATALIE TRACEY REYNOLDS, aged 32 and of Glynville Close, Colehill, convicted of driving a Mercedes motor car on the A338 Wessex Way, Dean Park, Bournemouth, on August 4, 2021, at a speed exceeding 40mph, namely 61mph. Fined £660. To pay £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

NIGEL ALAN REED, aged 64 and of Apple Tree Road, Alderholt, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 11, 2021, by failing to attend for planned office appointment on April 5. Community order revoked. New community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

NEW FOREST

LEWIS MARKSON, aged 23 and of Valley Lane, Thorney Hill, Bransgore, admits driving a Skoda in Barrack Road, Christchurch, on March 12 with 76 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

POOLE

MARK DAVID HALL, aged 49 and of Ashley Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in the Toby Carvery car park in Wimborne Rod, Bournemouth, on July 18, 2021, with 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

TIMOTHY ROGER CLARK, aged 41 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend for planned office appointment on April 13, failing to attended for planning appointment with Drug Agency on May 26 and failing to attend for the drug rehabilitation requirement review at Poole Magistrates’ Court on June 6. Fined £50.

MELANIE RAMDEEN, aged 47 and of Wraxall Close, Poole, admits driving a Land Rover Discovery on the A3024 Maybray Kings Way westbound in Southampton on June 25, 2021, at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three points.
