FIREWORKS will be lighting up the skies once again this summer.
The popular displays at Bournemouth seafront and on Poole Quay attract thousands of visitors each year.
They are as much of a summer tradition as fish and chips and a Mr Whippy at the beach.
The events are free and take place weekly throughout the summer.
Here’s everything you need to know.
Bournemouth beach fireworks
Taking place at 10pm every Friday, Bournemouth fireworks

- August 19
- August 26
A spokesperson said: "Bournemouth seafront will light the skies up. Pull up a chair at your favourite spot across our beautiful coastline and watch the gorgeous pyrotechnic delights."
Poole Quay fireworks
In Poole, the Summer Fireworks on the Quay displays are being held every Thursday at 10pm.
The first event was held on July 21 and the other displays are taking place on the following dates:
- July 28
- August 4
- August 11
- August 18
- August 25
The Quayside event will also feature live music, entertainment and family fun, with displays beginning at 10pm.
