TWO men have been sentenced by the courts for a public order incident at a Bournemouth town centre nightclub.
Matthew Brown, 35, and Felix Arthur Murray, 30, were charged in relation to events at Halo in Exeter Road on March 27.
Both defendants were accused of a single allegation of fear or provocation of violence.
Brown, of Lower South Wraxall, and Murray, of Hackney, London, pleaded guilty at a Poole Magistrates’ Court hearing of August 3.
They were both discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £22 surcharge and £85 costs.
