TRAFFIC regulations and road closures have been revealed for the Air Festival, which is set to return on Thursday.
The Bournemouth Air Festival returns for its 14th instalment on September 1 with hundreds of thousands of people expected to descend on the coast for the four-day event.
The RAF Red Arrows, RAF Typhoon and Tigers Freefall Parachute Display Team are amongst those who will light up the skies again.
And BCP Council has confirmed what road closures will be in place over the weekend.
Roads closed during Bournemouth Air Festival 2022
Bath Road – between Exeter Road and Bath Hill Roundabout - 24-hour road closure except for buses, taxis and access to properties.
Beacon Road – south of Kerley Road – 24-hour road closure except for Air Festival pass holders.
East Overcliff Drive – entire length – 24-hour road closure except for Air Festival pass holders.
Exeter Crescent – eastwards and northwards of the car park entrances – 24-hour road closure except for Air Festival pass holders.
Exeter Road – between Bath Road and BIC Roundabout – 24-hour road closure except for buses, taxis and access to property.
Gervis Road – adjacent to numbers 1 to 11 – 24-hour road closure except for access to properties.
Grove Road – entire length – 24-hour road closure except for access to properties.
Manor Road – entire length – 24-hour road closure except for Air Festival pass holders and access to properties.
Meyrick Road – between Gervis Road and Grove Road – 24-hour road closure except for access to properties.
Meyrick Road – between Grove Road and East Overcliff Drive – 24-hour closure except for Air Festival pass holders.
Russell Cotes Road – entire length – 24-hour road closure except for Air Festival pass holders.
Sea Road – south of the Marina – 24-hour road closure except for access.
St Michael’s Road – south of West Cliff Road – 24-hour road closure except for access to properties.
West Hill Road – south of West Cliff Road – 24-hour road closure except for access to properties.

Beacon Road – both sides south of Kerley Road – no waiting and loading/unloading at any time.
East Overcliff Drive – both sides for the entire length – no waiting and loading/unloading at any time.
Exeter Road Service Road – taxi only bays within the bus and taxi interchange – no waiting and loading/unloading at any time except for marked police vehicles.
Grove Road – both sides for the entire length – no waiting and loading/unloading at any time.
King’s Park Drive – both sides from its junction with the Stadium Car Park entrance in a south-easterly then north-westerly direction to a point 75 metres north-west of its junction with Gloucester Road – no waiting and loading/unloading at any time.
Manor Road – both sides for the entire length – no waiting and loading/unloading at any time.
Meyrick Road – both sides between Gervis Road and East Overcliff Drive - no waiting and loading/unloading at any time.
Russell Cotes Road – both sides for the entire length - no waiting and loading/unloading at any time.
Sea Road – both sides south of the Marina - no waiting and loading/unloading at any time.
St Michael’s Road – both sides south of West Cliff Road - no waiting and loading/unloading at any time.

Westover Road – northern side from its junction with Bath Road to the western boundary of 31 Westover Road – no waiting and loading/unloading from 10am to 8pm except buses.
