National Express currently frequently operates coaches from Bournemouth train station and Poole to London.
On Friday, it was revealed Yellow Coaches, a separate part of the business which operates school and college runs, was to be bought by Hampshire-based Xela Bus.
Morebus has taken on more than 100 former Yellow Buses drivers after also taking over 13 main routes which would have gone unserved.
Routes 1/1b, 1a, 2, 4, 5/5a, 6/6a and 737 as well as the 18, 33 and 36 services are now being operated by Morebus, albeit with a few minor tweaks to the route.
