WHEN I read the article regarding the intention for Matchams racetrack I was disgusted and horrified.
As I understand building permission has either been given or applied for.
Are the authorities mad to even think about this proposal or is money at the forefront.
Are they not listening to the various types of media they talk about the young people being bored and nothing to do.
Matchams is the ideal place for younger and older persons to have an interest and socialize and let off steam.
The authorities appear to deny them this facility.
