A MAN arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on police bail.
Dorset Police are continuing their investigation into the “sudden” death of a man at an address in Poole late on Saturday night.
The force was called to reports that the body of a man aged in his 40s was discovered at an address in Bessborough Road, Canford Cliffs, shortly before midnight on August 13.
A 42-year-old local woman and a 43-year-old man from Wimbledon in London, who were both known to the victim, were arrested on suspicion of murder.
In an update on the morning of Tuesday, August 16, a Dorset Police spokeswoman said the arrested man had been released on police bail as enquiries continue.
As reported on Monday, the arrested woman was released without charge and will face no further police action.
