A man has died after a medical emergency at a Dorset beauty spot.
Emergency services were called to Lulworth Cove on Saturday evening after it was a reported a man was having a medical emergency.
The coastguard sent rescue teams from Lulworth, Kimmeridge and Wyke to the area at around 5.20pm.
The air ambulance, South Western Ambulance Service and Dorset Police also attended.
Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "On Saturday, August 13, Dorset Police received a report of a medical emergency at Lulworth Cove from the ambulance service.
"Sadly, a man died at the location. Officers attended and assisted the other emergency services. It was confirmed that there were no suspicious circumstances and the coroner was notified."
A local resident said there was a large emergency services presence in the village for 'some time' on Saturday.
"From early afternoon the ambulance service was there and they remained there for a long time until about 8pm," he said.
"The air ambulance were there as well and the cove was very busy as the weather was so warm.
"Everyone was wondering what was happening and then they could see that the outcome wasn't good."
