A Dorset beach has been named as one of the UK’s top dog beaches.
With the summer holidays in full swing and many families embarking on their staycations across the country along with their pets, dog owners are wanting to know the best places they can walk their dogs.
With a whopping two million TikTok views, Chesil Beach has been named a top beach to head to with your pooch, according to research conducted by Parkdean Resorts.

The 18-mile long shingle barrier beach stretches from West Bay to Portland and is one of Dorset’s most iconic landmarks and with no restrictions for dogs, access is allowed all year round.

With the UK being home to 10.2 million pet dogs, owners are always looking for a new place to visit for a dog walk and in the past month alone, there were 94,000 searches for ‘dog friendly beaches’.
