A MASTIF called Maggie described as a “gentle giant” is among seven animals looking for forever homes in Dorset.
Animal rescue centre Margaret Green is looking to rehome a number of animals in its care including two pigs, dogs, a cat and a Guinea pig.
Can you help? All the information is below.
Jonah is a two-year-old Lurcher. Since arriving at Lincoln Farm, he has slowly grown in confidence and he would love to find a family of his own that will help him to continue this growth. He loves playing off-lead with his canine friends and he enjoys having a cuddle with the staff here. He could live with older children, but he would prefer to be the only pet in the household.
Duke is a three-year-old, ex-racing Greyhound. He is an excitable boy who is always ready for his next adventure. He loves being out and about, as there are so many interesting places to go and new things to sniff out. He adores his toys and he could play with them for hours. He is looking for an adult-only home where he will be the only pet.
Maggie is a nine-year-old Mastiff. She is such a gentle giant and she makes sure that she laps up as much attention as she can get from the staff here. She is looking for a home where she can have gentle strolls and a comfy, soft bed to snooze on. She could live with older children, a calm, male dog and possibly a cat too.

Barney is 14-years-old and looking for new home where he will be the only pet. He enjoys a wander and his independence, so he would be best suited to a quiet home in a rural location or a large garden with a cat flap. Whilst he is happy to spend time in your company, he isn’t a lap cat and he is looking for new owners who will interact with him on his own terms.
Pudding and Pie are six-years-old and they are a very bonded pair who enjoy each other’s company. Pudding is an extremely affectionate pig but she can be a little bossy. Pie can be shy until he gets to know you, but they both enjoy a belly scratch once comfortable. They are looking for a home with a draught-free bedroom and a huge amount of paddock space, as their favourite hobby is landscaping.
Buzz is under a year old and he is a chatty boy. He has quite long hair, so he will need regular trims. He came into the centre at a young age with other males. They didn't particularly get along and therefore he is looking for a home with one or more females. He is looking for a single-level home but he can use a cat flap, so a converted shed is a possibility.
