JONATHAN WILLIAM HARTLEY PAGE, 40, of Evelyn Road, Bournemouth, admits on July 23, 2022, at Brassey Road, Bournemouth, assaulting a police constable acting in the exercise of his functions by beating him. Fined £300, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £120.
DECLAN RICHARDSON, 31, of Birkhall Close, Reading, admits on July 23, 2022, in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, driving a Renault Master Panel Van, with 89 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit. Fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.
JAMIE RIGGS, 39, of Stafford Road, Bournemouth, admits on May 29, 2022, at Street Record, Beccles Close, Poole, driving a BMW with 93 micrograms of Alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Community order made, fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.
RICHARD RUDZEVICUS, 19, of HMP Erlestoke, admits on March 22, 2022, at Bournemouth Crown Court, exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Ordered to pay compensation of £250.

VICTOR PAUL WILLIAMS, 24, of Heather View Road, admits on July 23, 2022, in Parley Lane, Christchurch, driving a Toyota Hiace with 43 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Fined £346, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £138 and costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
POOLE
JAMES FULTON BRENNAN, 53, of Northbourne Mews, Bournemouth, found guilty of after July 7, 2021, at Joint Emergency Services Building, Wimborne Road, Poole Police Station, Poole, having been required to, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £620. Disqualified from driving for six months.
RHYS NICHOLLS, 27, of Blackwater Grove, Alderholt, admits on December 16, 2020, at Ringwood, having a quantity of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for six months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £85.
