POLICE officers have launched an investigation after an “extremely distinctive” farming vehicle was stolen overnight.

Ringwood Police has asked for the public to be on the look out for the green-coloured machinery after it was take from a site in Ringwood on the night of Wednesday, August 24.

A spokesperson for Ringwood Police said: “Have you seen something that looks like this, possibly abandoned somewhere you wouldn't expect, or parked up on the back of a trailer somewhere?

“If so, please phone 101 or email new.forest.west.police@hampshire.pnn.police.uk, quoting the reference number 44220346066 with any information that may help us get this property back to its rightful owner.”
