BOURNEMOUTH Vegan Festival is to return “bigger and better” this weekend, as organisers anticipate the event will be a “sell-out”.
The event, held on Saturday, September 3 at Citygate Centre in Holdenhurst Road, promises to be a one-stop shop for vegan products across more than 60 stalls.
Vegans and vegetarians can look forward to eating at local food companies including Bournemouth-based Earthling, who will be offering their natural range of popped lotus seeds and black chickpeas.
Festival organiser Victoria Bryceson said: “I’m really looking forward to the Bournemouth Vegan Festival, which is set to be even bigger and better than last year’s.
“We received so much positive feedback last year and there’s now so much demand that this festival is becoming a sell-out event. I think it’s partly because people really love the friendly atmosphere.
Bournemouth’s Vbazaar will be selling a wide range of cruelty-free fashion, jewellery and watches, health, home and garden and pet products.
Also, Bournemouth-based Daiba Organic will be offering a selection of adaptogenic mushroom extracts and loose leaf tea blends.
Entry is £4 for adults and free for under 16s or £15 for VIP tickets, which can be bought in advance from Eventbrite.
