TWO people were arrested in the Lower Gardens yesterday afternoon during the Bournemouth Air Festival for an alleged breach of peace.
A 21-year-old woman from Poole and a 30-year-old man from Bournemouth were arrested at around 6pm on Thursday, September 1 when officers responded to a report of a breach of peace.
They were also arrested for allegedly failing to provide details.

Superintendent Wayne Nock, silver commander for the Bournemouth Air Festival, said: “At around 6pm on Thursday 1 September 2022, officers responded to a report of a breach of the peace in the Bournemouth Lower Gardens.
“A 21-year-old woman from Poole and a 30-year-old man from Bournemouth were arrested for a breach of a section 35 order as well as failing to provide details. Enquiries are ongoing.”
The incident happened during the first day of this year’s Bournemouth Air Festival, and several people were reported to have witnessed the arrests.
