KEVIN DAVID CLARK, 41, of Haskells Road, Poole, found guilty of on September 4, 2021, in Victoria Road, Poole, assaulting a man by beating him. Community order made, ordered to pay compensation of £200, also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £400.
GARETH HOW, 42, of Sancreed Road, Poole, admits on July 16, 2022, in Bournemouth, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Community order made, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.
JAEDE KJ JACKSON-GOURDE, 24, of Keeble Road, Bournemouth, admits on January 1, 2022 in Poole Hill, Bournemouth, assaulting PC Burlton, a police officer acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him. Also admits damaging a gaming machine to the value of £1246 belonging to Dancing Jug. Also admits assault by beating and the offence was racially aggravated. Also admits, at Bournemouth Custody Building, Madeira Road, Bournemouth, assaulting Sgt Green, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions, by beating her. Community order made, ordered to pay compensation of £800 and costs of £85.
SHICARA ROCHELLE GEORGE, 33, of Talbot Avenue, Bournemouth, admits on August 23, 2022, in Bournemouth, assaulting PC Hind, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him. Also admits assaulting PC Yates by beating him. Also admits assaulting a detention officer by beating her. Also admits assaulting PC Gillard. Also admits assaulting PC Brown by beating her. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months.
STEPHEN KANE READING, 53, of Anstee Road, Shaftesbury, admits on November 3, 2021, in Manpits Road, driving an Audi A3 with 93 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Fined £270, also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for three years.
