A MAN was stabbed in Bournemouth town centre in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The victim, aged in his 40s, was stabbed in Lorne Park Road near to the junction with Old Christchurch Road between 5.35am and 5.45am on Sunday, September 4.
He was taken to hospital for treatment and his condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
South West Forensics were seen outside the road this morning whilst a police cordon was in place.

Police Constable Gabriel Neagu, of Bournemouth CID, said: “We are conducting a number of enquiries into this incident as we attempt to establish the circumstances of what happened and identify who was involved.
“We believe there were a number of people in the area at the time and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed what happened, or who has any information that might assist our enquiries, to please contact us.
“I would also ask anyone who was driving in the area around the relevant time to check any dashcam footage for anything of relevance.”
