WORK on transforming a former army camp in rural Dorset into a thriving commercial centre is continuing apace with Nettleship Sawyer securing the sale of a further unit.
Knighton Countryside Management has acquired Unit 7 at Enterprise Park, Piddlehinton, for £230,000 after the former derelict building underwent a total refurbishment.
The sale includes the 1,100 sq ft unit as well as land covering approximately two thirds of an acre.
Knighton Countryside Management was founded in 1989 and has become a leading woodland, environmental and parkland contracting company.
Nettleship Sawyer successfully disposed of nearly 14 acres of land at the former army camp in 2006.
