MORE details have been revealed about the planned opening of the first Five Guys restaurant in Poole.
The burger chain is set to open later this year at the former Frankie & Benny’s site in Yarrow Road, near Tower Park.
A licencing application has been submitted to BCP Council for the restaurant.
Applicant Poppleston Allen, a London-based licensing solicitors firm, has tabled the application, which is currently subject to public consultation.
Five Guys wants permission to supply alcohol from 11am to 11.30pm on Sunday to Thursday and 11am to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
It is also seeking permission for late night refreshment and the playing of recorded music and films across the same time periods.
Residents have until October 9 to submit representations in writing to the council’s licensing team.
As reported, Five Guys has also submitted a planning application to make changes at the site, including new signage, which are being assessed by the local authority's planning department.
