Boyz II Men, BIC
THE Boyz II Men concert was so exciting if I actually liked their music I would have fainted.
Very handily, for first-time fans like myself, the gig opened with a video re-cap of their career so far.
Despite not having heard many of their songs before - after learning how many weeks they had spent at number one (loads), the number of countries they had hits in (many) and the length of their career (17 years) - I was screaming like a mad thing when Boyz II Men came on stage.
The three of them (there used to be four and I am not sure what happened to the other one) were dressed in matching grey suits and sunglasses.
Boyz II Men are certainly not afraid of naffness or returning to the early '90s (nothing wrong with either) - at one stage they threw red flowers into the crowd, they end several songs on their knees and they did a special song for mums everywhere.
They are super good at what they do. The slick dance routines are excellent and the harmonising flawless.
Judging by the reaction of the crowd it certainly doesn't seem to be the end of the road for Boyz II Men.
As for me - I was sold on the z'.
