A 24-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent after a man in his 40s was stabbed in Bournemouth town centre.
Police received a report of a man being stabbed in Lorne Park Road, near to the junction of Old Christchurch Road, at 5.45am on Sunday, September 4.
The victim, a man aged in his 40s, was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.

Following enquiries by Bournemouth CID, a 24-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent. He has been released on police bail as the investigation continues.
