Also admits assaulting a man by beating in Colehill on September 8. Committed to prison for four weeks, suspended for 24 months. To pay £75 compensation. Also admits assaulting PC Stratford, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, in Colehill on September 8. Committed to prison for eight weeks consecutive, suspended for 24 months. Also admits assaulting a doctor acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker by beating her at Dorset County Hospital on September 8. Committed to prison for eight weeks consecutive, suspended for 24 months. Overall length of suspended sentence 36 weeks.
DOUGLAS WILLIAM JAMES POUND, aged 50 and of Denmark Road, Poole, admits assaulting PC Henley, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Denmark Road, Poole, on September 11. Fined £220. To pay £50 compensation.

PAUL LEESE, aged 75 and of Penzance Place, London, admits driving a motor vehicle in Brudenell Road, Poole, on September 11 with 92 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £864. To pay £364 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 23 months.
GARY TRUSSON, aged 42 and of Keysworth Road, Poole, admits driving a white VW T-Cross on the B3068 Towngate Bridge on September 11 with 105 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
