CCTV images of four men police would like to identify have been released after power tools and plant machinery were stolen near Wareham.
A Kubota RTV-X1140 utility vehicle and a Kubota tractor were stolen, as well as a number of chainsaws and power cutters, from the Blue Pool in Furzebrook Road near Stoborough.
Police said entry to three contains was forced sometime between 9pm on Thursday, September 22 and 1am on Friday, September 23.
The stolen items were found concealed on heathland a short distance from the location the following day.
Following enquiries by officers from Dorset Police’s Rural Crime Team, a 28-year-old Wareham man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft and remains released under investigation.
Police Constable Kate Schofield, of the Rural Crime Team, said: “Our enquiries are continuing into this incident and we have now obtained CCTV images of four men we would like to identify.
“I would ask anyone who recognises them, or may have information to help our investigation, to please get in touch.”
