DANIEL STUART JAMES, aged 31 and of Brassey Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing a pedal cycle of a value of £779.95 belonging to a man at Tesco Express in Poole Road, Bournemouth, on May 25. To pay £779.95 compensation.

DRAGOS SERBAN, aged 25 and of The Crescent, Bournemouth, admits having cannabis at Boscombe Pier, Sea Road, Boscombe, on January 11. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £22 surcharge. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

MARIANNE YORK, aged 48 and of Southbourne Overcliff Drive, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failed to do so in Bournemouth on August 2. SAMUEL ALBERT WILKINS, aged 34 and of Nortoft Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a man by beating and the offence was racially aggravated in Bournemouth on March 11. Also admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Bournemouth on March 11. ADRIAN SEAN PAYNE, aged 34 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits in the company of a woman stealing multiple bottles of spirits to the value of £159 belonging to Waitrose in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on May 5. Community order made, whereby the defendant must have treatment for drug dependency for six months and take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £79.50 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on February 11 for three offences of theft. No action taken on breach. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 24 months imposed on September 9, 2020, for three offences of theft. No action taken on breach.

EAST DORSET

MARTIN JAMES MAHON, aged 24 and of Fanshawe Road, Cambridge, admits driving a motor vehicle in Ameysford Roundabout on May 7 with 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £623.
