TWO objectors have raised concerns about the renewal of the Bournemouth strip club – although it has operated without problems since 1998.
One claimed that men could come out of the premises “het up” and start behaving aggressively and that social media advertising used by the For Your Eyes Only in Christchurch Road was inappropriate.
The other said there were concerns for students in newly built accommodation and family-orientated restaurants which have opened nearby.

Neither objector appeared at a Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole licensing hearing on Wednesday.
Solicitor for the business, Julia Palmer, said both objections were without foundation although a comment about the exterior state of the building made in one of them had been attended to with a redecoration and new subdued and inoffensive signage.
She told councillors that none of the statutory organisations, including the police, had objected to the renewal of the sexual entertainment venue licence of behalf of owners, Hampshire Restaurants, which allowed nude performances with a strict no touching rule.
She said that since the present owners took over they had made considerable investment in the business to ensure the club continued to operate to the highest standards.

“FYEO continued to operate, as it has for decades, without issues and with its long term and strong team.
“It is a trouble free and safe venue” she said.
Licensing committee chair Cllr David Kelsey said a decision on the licence renewal would be announced within 5 working days.
