Following discussions, the decision was made to provide assistance similar to the government’s energy bills support scheme by offering a £600 bonus to each member of staff, with £300 to paid in October and January, respectively.
Director Bob Davis said: “We really hope that the cost-of-living bonus will help the Inoplas family with energy and food costs during this difficult period for households.”
A spokesperson for Inoplas Technology Limited said the business had been able to invest in new equipment to increase productivity, accuracy and efficiency, as well as working on installing a new insulated roof and solar panels to mitigate against risks of rising energy prices.
