FERMIN GERARDO TUR-TORRES, aged 45 and of HMP Winchester, admits damaging a glass window to the value of £82.08 in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on June 7. To pay £82.08 compensation.
KARL DUANE GRAY, aged 40 and of Sturges Road, Bognor Regis, admits driving a BMW 520D in Holt Road, Holt, on August 7 with 46 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £700. To pay £280 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
DAVID ARTHUR YOUNG, aged 55 and of Ludbourne Road, Sherborne, convicted of damaging a Vauxhall Astra to the value of £168 belonging to a woman in St Swithun’s Road, Sherborne, on March 8, 2021. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £168 compensation, £22 surcharge and £250 costs.
JOSEPH FREDRICK BRIAN HALEY, aged 22 and of Cheam Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Roman Road, Poole, on April 15 with 135 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £253. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 15 months.
WAYNE PETERS, aged 40 and of Evering Avenue, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on February 23 by failing to attend at Poole Probation Office for appointments on August 9, August 16 and August 24. Fined £50. To pay £60 costs.
SCOTT GERRARD FUDGE, aged 46 and of Wharfdale Road, Poole, admits being drunk and disorderly in Ipswich Road Poole, on September 18. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on October 12, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on September 19. Discharged conditionally for 18 months.
LEE GEORGE IRELAND, aged 41 and of Churchill Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Seabourne Road, Bournemouth, on August 18 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 125 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
RICHARD LEE WARWICK, aged 47 and of Mayford Road, Poole, admits causing a woman to fear that violence would be used against her by his course of conduct which he knew or ought to have known would cause fear of violence to hear on each occasion in that between July 16 and July 17 he attended her property in Poole, sent unwanted WhatsApp, voice and video messages, which threatened her with violence. Committed to prison for eight months, suspended for two years. Restraining order made, which lasts until October 16, 2024. To pay £450 compensation, £187 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits having a quantity of cannabis in Poole on July 23. No separate penalty. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
