BOURNEMOUTH
SAMUEL LIAM CHETWYND, aged 30 and of Westbourne Park Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging a motor vehicle to the value of £150 belonging to a woman in Bournemouth on December 14, 2021. To pay £150 compensation and £85 costs.
ALEXANDER BROOKER, aged 35 and of Endfield Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of having been required to do so, failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, namely a BMW motor car after March 14, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £150. To pay £34 surcharge and £300 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.
SARA JANE ELLERY, aged 45 and of Luther Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing meat valued at £90 belonging to Waitrose in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on July 11. To pay £90 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence whist subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months imposed on September 17, 2021, for an offence of shoplift theft. No action taken on breach.
MICHAEL PATRICK JOSEPH MAGEE, aged 25 and of Westwood Road, Bemerton Heath, admits having 5.6 grams of cocaine in Horseshoe Common, Dean Park Crescent, Bournemouth, on July 22. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a 29-day accredited programme. Fined £120. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having 1.8 grams of cannabis in Horseshoe Common, Dean Park Crescent, Bournemouth, on July 22. Community order made. Fined £80. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on December 22, 2021, for the offences of assault by beating and theft is in force. New community order made.
FERI AKRIM, aged 27 and of West Cliffe Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging a car belonging to a woman in Gervis Place, Bournemouth, on September 12, 2021. Fined £83. To pay £3 surcharge and £85 costs.
STEWART DAVID MAIDMENT, aged 40 and of Columbia Gardens, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Ensbury Park Road, Bournemouth, on September 28 with 53 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £623. To pay £249 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.
ROBIN GEOFFERY THORNE, aged 66 and of Collingbourne Avenue, Bournemouth, admits driving a Ford Mondeo in Cranleigh Road, Bournemouth, on September 28 with 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £360. To pay £144 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.
EAST DORSET
JACK FRANCIS LAWSON, aged 30 and of Grove Road, Wimborne Minster, admits driving a motor vehicle in Hanham Road, Wimborne Minster, in May 27 with no less than 147 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £1,000. To pay £100 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.
NORTH DORSET
LUKASZ STACHOWICZ, aged 38 and of Hine Close, Gillingham, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bridport on September 26. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited programme for 42 days and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge. Also admits assaulting a PC Haseman, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bridport on September 26. Community order made. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on December 1, 2021, for an offence of possession of class B drugs. No action taken on breach. Also admits damaging a wall belonging to a woman in Shaftesbury between October 12 and October 19. Community order made.
POOLE
LISA KAYE NICHOLSON, aged 51 and of Avenel Way, Poole, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing without reasonable excuse to do so at Bournemouth Custody in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, September 21. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.
MILES DAVIS, aged 19 and of Penn Hill Avenue, Poole, found guilty to driving a BMW motor car in Kingsbridge Road, Poole, on November 8, 2021, without due care and attention. Fined £330. To pay £840 compensation, £34 surcharge and £620 costs. Driving record endorsed with five points.
MARCUS ROBIN BLYTH, aged 31 and of Wentworth Drive, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Commercial Road and Park Road in Poole on July 7 with 176 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. Fined £576. To pay £230 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Park Road, Poole, on July 7 when the front nearside wheel was fitted with a pneumatic tyre which had the ply or cord exposed. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.
PURBECK
SABRINA JAYNE JEWELL, aged 34 and of Mellstock Crescent, Wareham, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on May 27 by failing to attend induction appointments on May 30, June 6 and June 21. Fined £50.
