Police are renewing their appeal as they search for a missing Bournemouth man.

Officers have released a CCTV image of a confirmed sighting of Saad Al-Omar, aged 41, who was reported missing having last been seen leaving an address in the Westbourne area at around 2.30pm on Sunday October 30.

He is described as five feet 11 inches tall and of slim build with short hair or a shaved head. He was wearing a black zip-up top and black jogging bottoms.

Inspector Jon Wasey, of Dorset Police’s Missing Person Support Team, said: “We remain concerned for Saad’s welfare and are continuing our efforts to locate him.

“From our enquiries, we have obtained a CCTV image from a confirmed sighting of Saad at around 5.50pm on Sunday 30 October 2022 at Bournemouth train station. It is believed he may possibly have boarded a train bound for London Waterloo, but this has not been confirmed.

“I would again urge anyone with information regarding Saad’s whereabouts to please contact us immediately.

“I would also like to repeat my plea to Saad if you see this – please make contact with us and let us know where you are. We just want to check that you are OK.”
