LANE closures are place on the Upton Bypass as six days of resurfacing work takes place.
Lane one of the eastbound carriageway is closed from the slip road leading to Upton Roundabout to the slip road leading to Upton Gateway Roundabout.
The lane and slip roads will be closed 24 hours a day.
Meanwhile, lane two will be shut between 8pm and 6am.
The work started on Tuesday, November 8, and is due to be completed on Sunday, November 13.
The works are being carried out by Dorset Council.
Last month, Dorset Council said its maintenance teams could continue to repair road damage in the Dorset Council area.
Other roads that are being resurfaced this month include East Burton Road at Wool between November 7 and 21, with the road closed between 9am and 4pm.
Later this month, work will take place on the B3081 Parsonage Lane at Cranborne between November 28 and December 7.
The road will be closed between 9am and 4pm.
