BOURNEMOUTH

LILY ANNE CHURCHILL, aged 18 and of Wakely Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order made on June 7 by failing to attend appointments on June 14, June 21 and August 10 and failing to attend a compliance meeting on August 16. Youth rehabilitation order revoked. Discharged conditionally for four months.

EAST DORSET

JACK THOMAS TORPEY, aged 24 and of Station Terrace, Wimborne Minster, admits using violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises in Trinidad Crescent, Poole, on May 24, knowing that there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to the said entry. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits damaging police property at Bournemouth Custody and Enquiries in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on May 24. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits having a quantity of cannabis and cannabis resin at Poole Police Station in Wimborne Road, Poole, on May 24. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

VERSHAL RELAN, aged 48 and of Pinewood Road, Branksome Park, found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Land Rover, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, after September 9, 2020. Fined £660. Driving record endorsed with six points. Also found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Toyota motor car, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence after January 16. Fined £660. To pay £66 surcharge and £625 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Also found guilty of driving a Toyota motor car on the A35 Puddletown Bypass at a speed exceeding 70mph, namely 80mph. Fined £220. Driving record endorsed with tree points.

DANIEL BRIAN LONG, aged 29 and of Acorn Avenue, Poole, admits having entered as a trespasser at Superdrug in High Street, Poole, stealing toiletries, perfumes and electric toothbrushes on May 29, 2021. To pay £340 compensation.

LAUREN SARAH VELKOOP, aged 31 and of Sterte Close, Poole, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of detention in that she failed to attend planned office visits on September 14, September 21 and September 26. Supervision default order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for 25 days. To pay £30 compensation.

JIMMY RUSSELL SPIERS, aged 36 and of Upper Road, Poole, admits having a quantity of cannabis on July 7. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having a quantity of cocaine in Anstey Road, Bournemouth, on July 7. Community order made. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having a quantity of methadone in Anstey Road, Bournemouth, on July 7. Community order made. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. LEO SEBASTIAN ALEXIS WALKER, aged 40 and of Salterns Road, Poole, admits driving a vehicle on the M4 junction 19 to 20 westbound in South Gloucestershire on September 11, 2021, at a speed exceeding 60mph, namely 69mph. Fined £40. To pay £16 surcharge and £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.
