A STAR-studded line-up for next year's hotly anticipated Camp Bestival in Dorset has been unveiled – featuring pop megastars and entertainers.
One of the UK’s favourite family festivals is returning to Lulworth Castle in July 2023 for its 15th birthday bash.
Camp Bestival will be held from Thursday, July 27, to Sunday, July 30, with headline acts including the iconic Grace Jones, the legendary Craig David and indie favourites The Kooks.
Popular Aussie band Confidence Man will bring their feel-good party anthems to Dorset, while pop icons Mel C and Sophie Ellis-Bextor also join the line-up.
Eurovision star Sam Ryder will also perform at the event, as will the chart-topping vocalist Ella Henderson.
The kids will also be thoroughly entertained with Dick & Dom, Cosmic Kids Yoga, Junior Jungle and Mr Tumble all set to appear at the unmissable four-day celebration.
Festival curator’s Josie and Rob da Bank said: “Who says November is dull and boring? Just look at what we’ve got for you happy campers – something for everyone from young to old and it’s all happening at our 15th birthday party.
“Prepare to make some seriously strong memories at our beautiful castle by the sea from the iconic Grace Jones and party starter Craig David through to perennial faves Horrible Histories, Junior Jungle and you have to pull a cracker at East 17s Christmas Party.”
Camp Bestival favourites The Cuban Brothers will make an appearance as will the original reggae selector David Rodigan and Jo Whiley.
Elsewhere on the 15th birthday special, families can expect appearances across the festival site from Fearne Cotton, Caity Baser, Todd Terry, Goldie Lookin Chain, DJ Rap, Hot Dub Time Machine, Roni Size, Mr Motivator, Stereo MC’s, Fake Bush, Elvana – Elvis Fronted Nirvana and The Bootleg Beatles and many more.
The festival will also entertain crowds with trapeze artists and brass bands popping up around site.
Circus spectacles from the Cirque Bijou will return for 2023, with further entertainment on offer including comedy, activities, firework finales and a dedicated ‘Slow Motion wellbeing area’ filled with everything from yoga to ice baths.
Camp Bestival will also partner with World Wildlife Fund (WWF) for 2023’s edition.
