KANE DUTCH BRUCE, aged 38 and of Ringwood Road, Poole, admits sending by means of a public electronic communications network a multitude of voice notes and a Facebook post that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character between July 25 and August 1. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 18 months. To pay £500 compensation, £154 surcharge and £85 costs.
MICHAEL JOHN GARAWAY, aged 26 and of Twyford Way, Poole, admits damaging a television to the value of £280 belonging to a man in Poole on July 23. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on March 10 for an offence of criminal damage. Discharged conditionally for 18 months.
