BOURNEMOUTH

SHAUN ALEXANDER FORD, aged 70 and of Cowdrey Gardens, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence at Bournemouth Custody in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on June 7, failing to do so. Fined £135. To pay £150 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 28 months. Also admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Bournemouth, on July 9, failing to do so. Fined £135. To pay £108 surcharge and £150 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence 28 months.

JAKE ASLETT, aged 48 and of Holloway Avenue, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in East Howe Lane, Bournemouth, on March 31 without a licence having had his licence revoked on September 7, 2019, and since that earlier time he had not been granted a licence to drive a motor vehicle. Fined £180. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

SHICARA ROCHELLE GEORGE, aged 33 and of Talbot Avenue, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that she failed to resident permanently at an address approved by her supervisor and obtain the prior permission of the supervisor for any stay of one or more nights at a different address by failing to resident as directed on September 23, September 27, September 29 and October 6. Committed to prison for seven days.

RONALD JAMES, aged 47 and of no fixed abode, admits having a quantity of diamorphine in Glenferness Avenue, Bournemouth, on October 18. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £50. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on November 2, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on October 18. Community order made. Fined £50. Also admits stealing two Superdry overcoats of a value of £238 belonging to Superdry Stores in Bournemouth on November 7. Community order made. Fined £50. To pay £114 surcharge.

OMRAN MOHAMMED SAJNAWI, aged 24 and of no fixed abode, admits using a Ford Fusion in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on September26 without insurance. Fined £180. To pay £72 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Also admits driving a Ford Fusion in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on September26 without a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on October 14, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. No separate penalty.

JODY JACK ALEXANDER ANDREWS, aged 41 and of Surrey Road, Poole, admits driving a Mercedes on the A338, Christchurch, on August 16, 2020, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 64mph. Fined £80. Driving record endorsed with three points. Also admits driving a Mercedes on the A338, Bournemouth, on March 15 at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 58mph. Fined £60. Driving record endorsed with three points. Also admits failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence after May 7. Fined £500. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 4 months and 25 days.
