THE AUTUMN statement is grim and more is now being explained to us, a lot of which will take effect next spring.
Can you see anywhere the super rich are worse off?
There should be a higher rate of income tax thresholds on those who earn far more than their needs. It used to have far higher rates.
Greed seems to be again rewarded.
